What should you do when you crave for juicy lasagne and your heart pounds for delicious Delamaris Tuna Mexicana with vegetables? Well, you can make a yummy compromise and prepare a rich and crunchy lasagne, which boasts a bold and spicy Mexican tuna flavour. Instructions
Béchamel: In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly. Add the milk, continuing to stir to get a homogenous sauce. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg, continuing to stir with a whisk as the sauce thickens.
Tuna sauce: Plunge the excellent and slightly spicy tuna with vegetables (Tuna Mexicana) prepared by Delamaris fish chefs into a pot. Add the drained cooked corn, red beans and tomato chinks. Season with salt and pepper.
Lasagne: First, cover the bottom of a baking dish with a béchamel layer. Cover with three lasagne sheets. The next layer is tuna filling, followed by grated Gouda. Continue constructing with lasagne sheets, béchamel, tuna filling and cheese. The past construction phase consists of lasagne sheets, béchamel, grated Gouda and lots of grated hard cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 200 °C.
