Delamaris Mackerel Fillets are a treat for gourmets. You can eat them as an individual dish or serve them with pasta and other side dishes to create culinary delights. You can also use Delamaris Mackerel Fillets with Lemon for extra freshness.

Instructions
Put a large pan on the stove, add olive oil and heat, then add chopped onion, celery stalk, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and dried chilli, then simmer and stir.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters and add them and the sprig of basil to the pan, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for approximately 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened, stirring regularly, then add salt to taste and olives, and stir.
Put the mackerel fillets into the sauce, mix, then remove the pan from the stove. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve with fresh bread.
Tips: This dish can be served as a cold or warm starter with fresh bread, and as a pasta dressing. It can also be served for breakfast with a fried egg. You can prepare the sauce in advance and freeze it for up to one month; once thaw, heat it thoroughly and serve with fish.
