When you have zero ideas and a fridge full of vegetables, make a delicious salad with pot barley. But to make a salad the main meal of the day, it must be rich, nutritious and mouth-watering! A bunch of vegetables is rarely enough for us, so we add full-of-Omega-3-fatty-acids Delamaris Garden Mackerel. Instructions
Dressing: Put garlic, dried tomatoes, vinegar, oil, oregano, two pinches of salt and water into a blender to make this aromatic dressing.
Salad: Add barley and 1-2 tsp. salt to a pan of boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes, then drain and put aside to cool. Cut bell pepper into small cubes, spring onions into mini rings and cherry tomatoes into quarters and evenly mix with the cooled barley. Now, it’s time for the star of the show, rich and healthy Delamaris Garden Mackerel, a meal on its own, which glows in this salad, combine it with the other ingredients and dressing and stir well, serve and sprinkle each portion with chopped parsley.
