Sar­dines on Toast­ed Bread

Ingredients

2 x 125g

Delamaris Sardines with Lemon

4

bread slices

4 tbsp.

olive oil

parmesan cheese

olives

Instructions

Cut the bread into thin slices. Pour olive oil into a saucepan and bring to a high temperature. Toast the bread slices on both sides.

When it turns brown, put the bread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Put on a plate, top with sardines, olives and parmesan cheese, season and serve.
