Delamaris Tuna Steak

cheese spread

lemon juice

Instructions

Mash the tuna fillet, add cheese spread and a bit of lemon juice and stir. The spread is excellent for breakfast or as a post-workout snack. Serve with slices of fresh baked bread or crunchy crackers.

Recipe for homemade crackers: 200g whole grain flour, 100g water, 3 tbsp. olive oil, two tbsp. sesame seeds, a pinch of salt

Combine and knead all ingredients well into smooth dough. Roll into 3mm thick crackers or cut into shapes. Put on a tray covered with baking paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180 °C.
