mayonnaise
1 tsp.
mustard
pinch pepper

lemon juice of ½ lemon
capers
Instructions
Stir the mustard and mayonnaise well with the amount of oil from the cans to your taste. Slowly add the crumbled sardine fillets to the mixture.
Add the finely chopped garlic and parsley, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
Using a spoon, spread on the slices of toasted bread, add the pickled capers and serve.
