Recept je pripravil kuhar Lojze Čop v oddaji Dobro jutro na RTV SLO 1.
Ingredients
Strudel dough
2 x 125 g
Garden Mackerel
1 handful
of mangold
1 clove of
garlic
3 dag
grated parmesan cheese
2
eggs
olive oil
salt, pepper
1 tsp.
breadcrumbs
frying oil
Instructions
Filling: Open cans of Delamaris Garden Mackerel and put the contents into a bowl, add sliced mangold, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese and beaten egg, then mix well, adding a tsp. of breadcrumbs if needed.
Evenly spread the filling on the baked dough, roll, cut into mini rolls, then fry.
