Mack­er­el Pat­ties with Pota­to and Spring Onions

Excel­lent side dish for lunch or dinner

Ingredients

2

grated potatoes

2 x 125 g

Delamaris Mackerel Fillet in Sunflower Oil

1 clove of

garlic

spring onion

chopped parsley

salt and pepper

2

eggs

bread crumbs

Instructions

Combine grated potatoes and Delamaris Mackerel Fillet in Sunflower Oil.

Add chopped garlic, parsley and spring onions, then add eggs and half of the breadcrumbs and stir well.

Shape patties, roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in heated oil until golden brown.

Serve with salad.
