Mack­er­el Fil­let with Olives

Jed je primer­na za samosto­jno pred­jed ali dodatek glavne­mu obroku. Deko­ri­ramo jo lahko z listi mlade rukole.

Ingredients

2 x 125 g

Mackerel Fillet in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

10 dag

olives (black or green)

5 dag

pickled red bell pepper

Worchester sauce

curry spice

lemon

parsley

Instructions

Pit and slice the olives and add the sliced red bell pepper.

Pour 2 tbsp. of oil from the fish can into a small glass cup. Add a tsp. of curry, lemon juice, Worchester sauce and salt to your taste.

Add the mackerel fillets from the can and the sliced olives and sprinkle with the ready dressing..

Serve on lettuce and decorate nicely. Goes well with black bread.
