Colour­ful Sal­ad with Gar­den Mackerel

Ingredients

1 x 125 g

Delamaris Garden Mackerel

1

bell pepper

1

medium-sized cucumber

1/2

red onion

1 Tbsp.

olive oil

A pinch of

salt

1/2

Juice of half a lemon, or more according to taste

Feta cheese,

Roast sesame seeds

Instructions

Slice red bell pepper as desired, quickly roast in pan, then set aside to cool.

Peel cucumber, if desired, then cut into thin slices.

Peel then cut red onion into thin slices.

Put selected salad vegetables into a large bowl, then add roasted bell pepper, cucumber, and onion.

Add can of Delamaris Garden Mackerel.

Season with salt, olive oil, and lemon juice, then mix.

Finally, garnish with crumbled feta cheese and roast sesame seeds.
