Atlantic mackerel, Scomber scombrus, especially rich in Omega‑3 fatty acids, is the main ingredient of Delamaris’ products. Its shape and flavour differentiate it from its relative the chub mackerel, Scomber japonicus, which is sometimes used as a substitute. Mackerel comes from the North Atlantic Ocean’s FAO 27 fishing zone, which is known as one of the purest zones of the sea.
Our products are naturally rich in Omega‑3 fatty acids. Delamaris’ mackerel fillets are preservative and additive free. We use convenient 125g aluminium packaging with a bisphenol A free (BPA free) coating. Our products are stand-alone meals but also great served with salad, pasta and other side dishes for a special culinary treat.
