PROVEN­CALE MACK­ER­EL – INGREDIENTS

Sauce 44% (water, toma­to con­cen­trate, sun­flower oil, sug­ar, wine, salt, spices, alco­hol vine­gar, mus­tard seeds and wine vine­gar), mack­er­el (Scomber scom­brus) 40%, and veg­eta­bles in vary­ing pro­por­tions 16% (car­rots, turnip, green toma­to, pick­les, green and red bell pep­per, and cel­ery stalk).
