Macaroni with tourist pate

Ingredients

  • 100 g of macaroni
  • 1 tin can of Delamaris Tourist pate 80 g
  • olive oil
  • one onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ dl of red wine
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

Basic recipe
Cook macaroni "al dente" in salted water, to which you added two spoons of oil. Heat two spoons of olive oil and fry fine minced onion and garlic. Add a can of Tourist pate and stir well. Add red wine and cook for a short time. Before serving add freshly minced parsley. Add sauce to macaroni and serve warm.

Improved recipe
Cook macaroni "al dente" in salted water, to which you added two spoons of oil. Heat two spoons of olive oil and fry fine minced onion and garlic till turning a bit yellow, add a few black olives, a few green olives, 3 capers, green pepper and fresh tomatoes. Add 1 dl of red wine and wait until it boils. Add one can of Tourist pate and stir well. Before taking off the stove add freshly minced parsley. Add sauce to macaroni and serve warm.
