Delamaris aspires to make the products of the highest quality from the very beginning. In the past, this principle was absolutely necessary due to American and Canadian market. The factory employed special tasters, who assured the quality of anchovies, filets and pates. The last taster stopped to work in 1950.

Today, the work that used to be carried out by tasters is done by our technologists who have years of experience in the field of canning fish products.
